By enrolling in our courses, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected course option. All course fees are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and are subject to change at our discretion. We accept payment via the methods indicated on our website.
Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless otherwise specified in a payment plan option. Payment plans, if available, will be clearly described on our website and require adherence to the payment schedule.
All purchases are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion as outlined in our Refund Policy section below.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for our courses. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment date, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course material.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, the course title, and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or if you have completed more than 20% of the course material.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on our website and in our courses, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Dykessvaz or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
